In this instance, the female's authority is significantly elevated! Conversely, the male (potential husband) has a low standing! This suggests that if the two were to marry, the female would likely take charge over the male in domestic matters: overseeing his finances! In Singapore, we might express this as: "The female assumes the role of Finance Minister, while the male takes on the position of Minister without a portfolio!"
